Fascist Revisionist Chinese Rulers Attack Workers’ Collectivity

Revisionism: Fascist and Reactionary Capitalism: We Need Communist Collectivity, Not Capitalist Individualism

The Peng Yu incident in Nanjing, China in 2006 exposed the lying anti-worker nature of the Chinese “Communist” Party’s revisionist government. Although it calls itself the Chinese “Communist” Party, the CCP is a capitalist party. It leads Chinese state capitalism.
Twenty-six-year-old Peng Yu helped an elderly woman, Xu Shoulan, when she fell down in public. Xu then lied and accused Peng of knocking her down. She sued him.
No evidence linked Peng to the fall. But the court ruled in Xu’s favor. It said that “no one would in good conscience help someone unless they felt guilty.” Peng was forced to confess to something he did not do. The fascist court ordered him to pay Xu 10,000-yuan compensation!
The Peng Yu case shows how China’s revisionist rulers distort “justice” to serve their capitalist interests. Revisionism is capitalist ideas and practices that pretend to be communist to mislead and confuse people fighting against exploitation. It is a danger within the communist movement. China’s rulers claim to be “communist”, but China is capitalist and revisionist.
Acts of collectivity are a core communist value. By punishing them, the fascist revisionist regime divides and terrorizes the working class. Instead of collectivity, they push extreme individualism.
Capitalism’s wage system makes workers compete for slave labor jobs instead of collectively producing for human need. It undermines the collective communist spirit that the CCP had in its early days when its mass Red Army made a revolution. It wants workers to have a fascist mentality so they will willingly kill fellow workers in the coming world war.
Chinese revisionist rulers are horrified at the masses’ revolutionary potential. They do everything they can to prevent another revolutionary workers’ uprising. They want the Chinese masses to forever be super-exploited wage slaves and loyal soldiers.
The Peng Yu decision set a dangerous precedent. It made collectivity and cooperation crimes. The government defends the capitalists, not workers’ solidarity. The masses’ historic ingrained collectivity started to weaken. Fewer bystanders were willing to help class sisters and brothers, even if it meant leaving them to suffer or die.
Five years later, the death of two-year-old Wang Yue in Foshan, China showed the extremes of individualism pushed by the rulers. She was struck by a van and left bleeding on the street. At least eighteen people passed by without helping! Finally a ragpicker intervened and she was taken to the hospital. She died from her injuries a few days later.
In 2014, a man from Guangdong Province helped a senior citizen. He was falsely accused of knocking the older man down. When faced with demands that he pay the senior citizen, the man died by suicide.
A national “Good Samaritan Law” went into effect in 2017. Under the law, people who offer emergency help to those who are injured, ill, or in danger are not held financially responsible for harm to the victims.
But such reform measures won’t end the fascist anti-worker nature of revisionism and capitalism. The revisionist rulers and their court system will continue to create lies and more lies to discourage collectivity and cooperation. They want to keep workers divided and push a fascist mentality.
Only an international communist revolution, organized by a mass International Communist Workers’ Party, will wipe out fascist revisionism, wage slavery, and its individualistic ideologies and actions forever.
In real communism, communist workers’ collectives will immediately provide emergency assistance to any worker or youth in a dire situation. They will act without hesitation or fear of punishment. The communist masses will struggle against the individualistic practice of ignoring and neglecting those who need emergency assistance.
There will be no more court systems that discourage and penalize collectivity. Production, distribution, and all life will be based on collective, comradely relations instead of money, fascist laws, police, courts, and imperialist wars.
