LOS ANGELES (USA), February 17— “My son participated in his first walkout today,” an occasional Red Flag reader texted her former teacher. “He has a teacher like you. I love it.” He’s among tens of thousands of middle-school, high-school, and college students who have taken to the streets this year. From Maine to Texas, from Florida to Hawaii!
They demand an end to fascist ICE immigration raids. To racially profiled kidnappings. Mass incarceration in concentration camps. Murderous violence against those defending their neighbors.
The US rulers weren’t ready for the multiracial working-class resistance in Minneapolis. Or for acts of solidarity large and small throughout the US. So the Trump administration is changing tactics while continuing the kidnappings. It is acquiring more warehouses for concentration camps and more offices for hubs.
Mass deportations started under Obama, though with less confrontation. Student protesters eagerly take Red Flag. We invite readers to join our party in the revolutionary struggle for a communist world without borders or nations.
