Instructions for printing out the printed version:
This works best if you have access to a printer that prints on both sides of the paper. If you can use that kind of printer, set it to landscape, two-sided, flip on short edge. The result will be two pieces of paper that form an eight page pamphlet when they are folded together in the middle. You can they staple on the left, as the picture shows:
If your printer does not print on two sides you can print on one side and turn the pages over and print on the other side.
