USA: MASS PROTESTS CONTINUE AGAINST ICE KIDNAPPING

LOS ANGELES (USA), October 23— Santee High School erupted in a walkout after an ICE shooting Tuesday, just off campus as students were entering. Outraged by the principal’s silence and the police presence surrounding their school, students and teachers united in a powerful walkout demanding justice for the activist and TikToker shot by the ICE agents.

CHICAGO (USA), October 29— Mass resistance to the ICE Gestapo continues to spread from the far South Side to Brighton Park in the southwest to Rogers Park in the north.  Groups have been forming to patrol neighborhoods and use whistles to mobilize instant protests.  Rival Hispanic gangs in Little Village have stopped fighting each other in order to fight ICE. Many people are fearful, avoiding the streets and sometimes keeping their children out of school—almost like during Covid. But the crisis is bringing people together and building a greater sense of unity. “Let them stop my car!” said a Red Flag reader from a Mexican immigrant family. “I am angry enough to go to jail over this.
